良い姿勢は疲れてリラックスできない。
良い姿勢=リラックスできる姿勢、と考えるのであれば、猫背の人なら背中を丸めて座っていることが良い姿勢ということでになりますが・・・。
背中が丸い状態は神経や血管、臓器を圧迫して、呼吸が浅いという状態になりますが、それで本当にリラックスした状態と言えるのでしょうか?
しかし、現在猫背になっていれば、やはり良い姿勢は疲れます。
私のいう良い姿勢とは『重力の物理法則の影響下でバランスが取れている状態=筋肉に余分な緊張が無く骨格が正しくならんだ状態』の事です。
毎日毎日、少しでも長く出来るだけ良い姿勢で生活するようにすれば、それは良い姿勢を作るための筋トレとなり、少しづつ良い姿勢筋が鍛えられて、長い時間良い姿勢が継続できるようになります。
