以前にもバイオリンを弾く方の姿勢の注意を書いたことが有りましたが、先日たまたまあるギター弾きの方が「ギターを弾くのは重労働だ」というようなことを言われていたのを聞いて、確かにそうだろうなと思いました。
何の作業でも、まず腕を前で使うために前肩になり易いのですが、とくに楽器は左右を均等に使わない事が多いので、体への負担はどうしても大きくなります。
ギターを右手で引く場合は、ギターのネックで弦を抑える左腕の肩は後ろに引き易く、弦をはじく右手の方は前に出易いでしょう。
この姿勢では、右重心になるため左脚が長くなり、消化器、泌尿器、生殖器系の疾患が起こりやすくなり、体の上半身では右半身にトラブルが起こりやすくなります。(右耳難聴、右肩こり、右首こり、右目視力低下など)
そういえばギターを弾く方は、体が細いという印象が有りますが、この左脚が長いということが大いに関係していそうです。
ただし、写真のように座って演奏する場合は、ギターのボディーを膝に乗せるために右脚を上に脚を組むことになり、この場合は左に重心が乗るため、この場合は反対に右脚が長くなります。
したがって、ギターを演奏する方はまず自分の体の左右差の癖をしっかりつかみ、日常生活できちんと体のバランスを取ることが大事です。
