S様歩き…股関節矯正前後の変化


 S様もコロナウィルスの影響でかなり運動不足になっているとの事です。
 

歩く事自体が少なくなり、しかも歩きが良くないと健康に与える影響が心配です。

 S様の矯正前の歩行です。

 気になるのは右脚のぶん回し気味な大腿の外側の筋肉の強さと骨盤の動きの少なさでしょうか。
 脚だけで歩いている感じ、と表現できますね。
 しかし、以前に比べると足先もかなりまっすぐになっていますし、骨盤の動きもでてきています。

 変わったのは、歩きにゆとりが出来ている感じでしょうか。
 これは大腿の外がw尚筋肉が緩んだために生まれた、骨盤が脚に乗るために生まれた安定性なのです。

 S様の歩行課題・・これだけ守るだけで歩きはぐんとよくなりますよ!!

  • 足先を真っ直ぐにする事
  • 右の骨盤が前方に出易いので、左脚の歩幅をやや大きく、右脚の歩幅を小さくするとバランスが良くなります。
  • 骨盤から歩くという感じのイメージを持って歩いていただきたいのですが、それが強すぎるとそれこそぶん回し歩行になってしまいますので、骨盤からコンパクトに歩く練習をこれからもしていきましょう。

 S様は当所に来ていただく以前は左肩が痛くて長いこと整体院に通われていたそうですが、肩周辺のみの施術だったために、術後数日は快適なものの、又元の状態に戻ってしまうということを長く繰り返されていたそうですが、最近は肩の痛みは忘れているそうです。

 右の股関節が開くことが左肩へ影響してると痛みの原因がわかってからは、原因不明の痛みの原因が分かり心も落ち着かれたそうです。

 屈伸運動など毎日少しづつ習慣になってきたとの事で、頼もしさを感じています。

 70歳代後半の方でも、体は努力しただけ変わってきます。

 はじめが1点ゴールが10点とすると現在は6点ぐらいでしょうか?
